Modular Home

Mobile homes, once known for their portability, were designed to be moved from place to place, often considered as temporary living arrangements. These homes have a longstanding history.

Modular homes represent the next evolution in manufactured housing. By adhering to state and local building codes, these homes empower states to control and certify compliance with their specific criteria. This approach grants buyers greater influence over the design parameters while enabling the removal of the transport frame. Instead, the structure is engineered to transfer load calculations to the permanent foundation, eliminating the need for the frame to be an integral part of the construction.

Modular Homes adhere to the same building codes as traditional site-built homes. The only movement a modular home experiences is along the assembly line within the manufacturing plant and its journey to the designated site. Once set upon its foundation, a modular home becomes a permanent fixture, virtually indistinguishable from its site-built counterparts.
