The ASL Academy is a free public charter school open to all students without any admission requirements and without regard to race, color, national origin, creed, sex, ethnicity, behavior, language proficiency, disability, or academic achievement. There are also no eligibility requirements (such as having a hearing loss or living within a specified geographical boundary).
We operate under the same special education standards as required by New Mexico’s Public Education Commission (PEC) and provide all therapeutic services as specified in each student’s IEP.
