INFORMATION FOR OUR PATRONS

We thank you in advance for your flexibility during this time so that we can engage in practices that are reasonable under the current circumstances. We are using many of the suggestions in the Event Safety Alliances' Reopening Guide as well as CDC guidelines for the safety of our staff, cast, and patrons.

Seating will be spaced apart for social distancing. All audience members will be required to wear masks over their nose and mouth at all times and will be temperature screened with touchless thermometers before entering. If any audience members are experiencing symptoms, are unwilling to wear a mask, and/or have a temperature of above 100.4, they will not be permitted into the theater and we will issue them a refund.

After the show, patrons will exit the auditorium by row and section as directed by the MTA staff. There will not be a cast meet and greet in the lobby and we will ask all patrons to leave the building immediately after the performance and to not congregate close to the exit doors of the building. Cast member pick-up will be done via a car pick-up line and parents of cast members have been provided details on that procedure.

No refunds or exchanges for ticket purchases.
