The Economic Development Authority (EDA) is an economic advisory body to the City Council. EDA members include elected City officials, local citizens, and business representatives, who meet on the third Tuesday of every month to consider ways to attract and retain businesses in Hugo, assist businesses with expansion, and enable the rehabilitation and/or redevelopment of areas within the community.
